The machine can do the rectangular holes. The machine can do the ends cutting of pipe.

1. Beam: It adopts box welded structure, relieves stress by heat treatment, has good rigidity, no deformation, high precision, light weight and small inertia.
2. Longitudinal drive frame (end frame): Horizontal guide wheels are installed at both ends, which can adjust the compression degree of the eccentric wheel on the bottom of the drive frame to keep the whole machine in a stable direction during the movement. A dust collector is installed to sweep debris accumulated on the surface of the guide rails at any time.
3. Longitudinal and lateral drive: All have precision gear racks for transmission. The horizontal guide rail is made of precision cold-drawn guide plate, the longitudinal guide rail is made of precision-processed rail (heavy rail), and the reduction gear adopts imported precision gear reducer to realize the same direction cutting or mirror cutting.
